QUALITATIVE ASSISTANTS - NATIONWIDE
- Flexibility: Part-time and full-time positions considered. Day and evening hours available.
- Hours: 15-25 Hours per week
- The Role: To ensure we provide the highest standards of service, hospitality and support to our market research visiting clients.
- Responsibilities: preparing respondent and client rooms for research. Light administrative duties, serving pre-ordered client meals, clearing rooms after use and generally supporting client needs.
- Ideal Candidates Will Be: Highly motivated, organized, self-starters with excellent presentation and client service skills who enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience: Preferred but not required.

TELEPHONE INTERVIEWERS - NATIONWIDE
- Flexibility: Part-time and full-time positions considered. Day and evening roles available in most locations.
- The Role: This is a absolutely a non-sales role. The position of a recruiter involves inviting, screening and recruiting respondents to participate in various research studies at our locations. This type of recruiting is conducted via telephone at our central recruiting center. Respondents receive money for participating in a research study and are generally recruited from a database they signed up to join.
- The Ideal Candidates will be: Highly-motivated, self-starters with good confidence and people skills and a good telehone manner.
- Experience: Preferred but not required.

FIELD AUDITORS & INTERVIEWERS - NATIONWIDE
- Flexibility: Part-time
- The Role: To gather the opinions of consumers regarding their experiences with various goods or services. Respondents are compensated for sharing their time and opinions. By analyzing the collected data, producers of these goods and services are able to gain a perspective they might not have otherwise had in the decision-making process, improve customer-satisfaction, build better customer relations, clearly see areas needing improvement to achieve these goals of satisfaction, as well as developing and maintaining customer loyalty.

DIRECTOR OF SALES
Inspire Opinions a new joint division of Schlesinger Associates and Inspire is seeking a Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong contacts in Pharma, experience with selling on-line quant and the management of a sales team. This position will oversee marketing, client base development and training of junior sales team. The primary business function will be to sell quant on-line services to Pharma and consulting companies using Inspires own panel and proprietary software. EVENING SUPERVISOR - ATLANTA
Schlesinger Associates is looking for a part-time Evening Supervisor for its Atlanta, Sandy Springs location.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Outstanding customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience leading a team of 3-6 persons.
- A positive attitude that gains respect of clients and employees.
- The ability to stay in control and multitask during stressful situations.
The hours of availability required for this position are Monday through Thursday 3pm to 11pm with occasional Fridays required.

FACILITY MANAGER - BALA CYNWYD
As the Facility Manager, you are responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the Bala Cynwyd facility. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work independently as well as with the office supervisors in a fast paced environment with time sensitive jobs. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality. You will work closely with the QA staff as well as the recruiting department and the management team. Market research background preferred. Strong organizational skills. Ability to supervise the QA staff and deal with HR issues. Ability to communicate well and work closely with the recruiting department. Ability to multi-task and react quickly to problematic situations. Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Service oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication.
