6/10/08 - MRA Honors Steve Schlesinger with Distinguished Service AwardAt the MRA's Annual Conference in New York this month, Steve Schlesinger was honoured with a Distinguished Service Award. Outgoing MRA President, Colleen Moore Mezler and CEO Lawrence Brownell bestowed the awards, commenting "The professionals whom we honor today with these awards have demonstrated throughout their careers both extensive and noteworthy service not only to MRA but also to the opinion and survey research profession in general." Merrrill Dubrow, President & CEO of M/A/R/C Research also joined Steve in receiving this award.

1/31/08 - Schlesinger Associates Opens New Houston FacilityJanuary saw the opening of our impressive new Houston Facility. 12/07/07 - Schlesinger Associates' New York Facility Being ExpandedSchlesinger Associates is delighted to announce the expansion of its New York focus group facility, establishing it as the largest facility in the world. Our Fifth Avenue facility will now offer a choice of nine high-specification conference suites suitable for focus groups, in-depth-interviews and web usability labs. Each suite includes a spacious conference room, client lounge, viewing room and respondent reception.

11/19/07 - Schlesinger Awarded MRA Celebrated Company of the Year
Schlesinger Associates was honored with the MRA Celebrated Company award at the 2007 MRA fall conference in Atlanta. Nominations were made by fellow MRS members for outstanding support and volunteer efforts for the MRA.
On presentation of the award, Colleen Mezler announced “The MRA Celebrated Company Award is the highest honor a company in the marketing research profession can achieve. Without question, the 2007 recipient has earned this esteemed award by consistently going beyond the call of duty. They have been a great long-term contributor to the profession and have been responsible for numerous policies, programs, events and reforms.”

10/10/2007 - Schlesinger Launching New Location in Los Angeles, CA
November 26th will see the opening of Schlesinger Associates, newest initiative with a new location for its Los Angeles viewing facility.
The new high-specification facilities are opening at 10880 Wilshire Boulevard, in the Westwood area of Los Angeles close to Los Angeles International Airport and ideally placed for Beverly Hills & Hollywood.
The new facility benefits from 4 spacious private research suites, including conference room, client lounge, viewing room and respondent reception. As new technical innovations, Schlesinger Associates Los Angeles is presenting Eye Tracking and Virtual Focus Groups. The usual FocusVision, Active Group, MobiLab, and InterClipper services, of course, remain fully available.
