Upon joining our panels, members are asked to provide essential profile information. Members are then encouraged to update and deepen their profiles through various panel campaigns and are rewarded for sharing information about their personal and work lifestyles. Constant engagement with our members and the use of their deep personal profiles allows us to build and maintain vertical panels that promote higher motivation and targeted communication for our members.

While our clients write the surveys that we send to our panelists, we work hard to collaborate and offer guidance and suggestions to help ensure the best possible panelist experience. We put every effort into engaging our respondents throughout their panel experience including appropriately rewarding panelists for their engagement and sharing their opinions.  Our in-depth panelist background data allows us to target respondents without over-utilizing invitations.

We ensure loyalty by optimizing the variety of invitations we send; combining in-depth profiling with opportunities to participate in online surveys, communities, telephone studies, IHUTS and face to face studies. And as a result, we boast some of the highest response rates in the industry.
