own in-house chef. And you can taste the

Carolina gained her Diplome in Cuisine and Patisserie at Le
Cordon Bleu in London and her experience in food has been
fast-paced and diverse. from pastry chef to head Chef and teacher
in many leading establishments.
Carolina has chosen a collection of inspiring casual dining,
seasonal menus made from market bought produce with an emphasis on
health and freshness. Carolina will select a
daily-changing menu for your visit, although she is
always happy to accommodate special dietary requirements or special
requests with notice.
