I thrive on forming new partnerships across
cultures. As 85% of our work is with non-French clients, our
success has depended on our bilingual team, including the
moderators who we work with, being familiar with, and accommodating
towards, US and other international working styles and
expectations. These partnerships require a willingness to
listen and learn from various international experiences and views.
