believe my role is to be a resource for our clients. I
seek to learn as much as possible about their business culture,
values, priorities, experiences and challenges and their own
visions for the future. For me, client development
is a continuous loop of communication: Listening and
learning about client needs, then collaborating with our best
people to put these learnings into action to help our clients win
