EEG neuromarketing

Schlesinger Associates has partnered with Interactive Video Productions LLC to launch an EEG neuromarketing data collection service for in-depth Interviews.

IVP’s MobiLAB™ EEG scientifically measures non-verbal emotional responses to a variety of media revealed through brain activity.

While viewing stimulus during a qualitative session, the respondent wears an EEG headset, allowing key emotion traces to be captured via brain imaging technology and reported back, in real time, to the moderator.   Post-session, researchers can also log in to the secure online Dashboard to access and compare results of their entire EEG neuromarketing study.

Commenting on the news, Anne Hedde, Executive Vice President, Schlesinger Interactive said, “We sought a solution for our moderators and insight clients that could quickly and effectively measure respondent emotions in an easy to use and cost-effective way.   MobiLAB™ EEG allows researchers to take their methods beyond self-report to help their clients deliver brand messages that connect with the emotions of their target audiences.”

Bob Granito, President, IVP added, ”We are delighted to bring this science to the qualitative landscape. Our priority has been to deliver a comprehensive, moderator-friendly solution allowing researchers to enhance the value of their research with complete confidence.”

EEG neuroscience complements Schlesinger’s portfolio of emotional measures for qualitative research which includes facial coding and biometrics labs.
